Just perfect, what can I say? I use them for a variety of purposes, from keeping my saxophone reeds moist, to keeping my cigars properly humidified. Since these work in both directions, you can re-moisten dried ones with a zip lock bag and moistened paper towels, but it's just as easy to buy new ones. Keep a bunch on hand.

Don't tear the package open!!! The pack stays inside the pastic bag. No fuss, no fumbling, these are good for reed instruments like a clarinet, sax, etc. I have added one to an accordion in the case where it too has reeds.
