The wiring and installation is straight forward. The normal siren sounds are good, and clear. The unit is small enough to make installation easy and gives you lots of mounting options as long as you use the assigned mounting holes. Now the cons: The horn sound is a lower source audio signal level than the sirens. I needed the horn to be louder! Second, the accessory sounds, while fun are audio recording files, and sound like it on the speakers. Their file signal level is also lower, so they are not as loud through the speakers as they could be. The different commands/announcements if louder could be very useful in a push button application. The PA microphone is SO BIG that it is not being installed. It is easily two times larger than it needs to be. Now, all that said. I think it is a good unit for the price, and capabilities.
