I want to use distilled water that is tds 0 ppm, will that work? also i dont want to connect to the main water supply i just want to pour the water in

Distilled water that is tds 0 ppm is not suitable the alkaline water ionizer We don’t really understand how you want to connect the water supply system, but at least you need to connect it to a suitable faucet so that water can directly enter the machine. The TDS of the water must be at more 50 to support the machine’s operation. The machine needs minerals in the water

I am struggling to find a tap fitting for this as I have moved house and gear I may have left this still attached - where can I get attachment please?

This product at first glance looks way too cheap for the price is going for.

This is product is made out of inferior material. I’ve never been this disappointed receiving a product from Amazon. I am returning it for a full refund. Had one from Japan which I used for years and years. It was made of durable material. The components were durable. This is a ripoff.

This product doesn't alter the PH, we tested it, no difference in PH to what's coming out of the tap. Waste of money and time.
