Got this for my husband he absolutely loves it for the price I personally feel like it should have better quality he uses it to record him self drive but he loves it I plan to get him a newer one but like I said I feel like for as much as it is it should have a better view but it does should pretty well I will come back at a later time and upload a video for you guys he has a piece on the back that he puts the camera on so it’s a pretty amazing camera not gonna lie I’d buy it again

This camera changed the method of filming. I always caught myself behind the camera lens instead of in front of the camera lens missing the action or just basically not being in any footage. This changed the whole method as I now just hold the camera in front of me and its if I have a personal camera crew following me. I don’t have to spend so much time behind the camera and focusing on what I want to film and not to mention I am in the actual footage now as well. This has brought a whole new light to being able to enjoy where you are instead of spending so much time on trying to capture it all behind the camera and missing things at times. Post editing allows you to rotate and focus on the key points of your footage. Do not get discouraged with the post production editing as the Free insta360 application is very helpful in pulling out creative shots and there are tools and tips for everything. It will seem challenging at first but I guarantee the more you fool around with it and watch some how to videos you will be breezing through your editing and be back to enjoying the whole experience of 360 degree photography. There are many 360 degree camera on the market but insta360 one X2 has been around and keeps improving with every revision. This camera has a small footprint and has all the pluses you would want with removable batteries and storage as well as a small LCD screen to check on media or change settings. Quick access button on the side to press and jump right into recording the action. Works well with picking up 360 degree audio as well. Solid premium feel in hand with nice grip, no cheap feeling. Comes with a protective pouch as well to protect that every so delicate lenses but I would suggest the other thicker silicone lens guard that the company sells. The footage and overall experience I have had with the camera combined with the software has led me to not look towards competitors. I just look forward to the next revisions as it’s amazing on the new innovative things they come up with to make your video recording even better. If you are in the market for a 360 degree camera, there is no need to look around more as I cant see you having any complaints with this camera as it hits all the check marks for a camera in this market.

I got the camera used for around $200. I thought it would be old and low quality, but everything from the camera quality to the metal feel of the camera feels brand new. The size is perfect as it fits comfortably in your hand. Just make sure you buy an SD card when you get this camera, as you will need it. Really good value for the money. Also, really convenient to charge because it has a long lasting battery charged with USB C.

UPDATE 12/2021: Regarding the lens guard comment at the bottom and the Insta360 Care plan you can purchase - GET IT! I used it for the lens scratches and their service is great! It saved me a $220 repair. But I’ll definitely be using the lens guard as I don’t want to have to get it repaired again. And they were super fast sending me the details. This review is for the Insta360 One X2 camera. The personal and professional possibilities with this thing are real. There are a lot of Tutorials on the app to create some cool looking stuff, but it takes some thought and creativity ahead of time and some of them don't work as well as they should. HOWEVER, the real beauty of this thing is the invisible selfie stick and the "VIEW FINDER" feature. The invisible selfie stick (I bought the 2 in 1 selfie stick and tripod which was a good move) works great. The camera stitches out the stick very well. The View Finder feature allows you to basically be a "live" camera man after the fact. You shoot the 360 video, then when in the app to edit, you move the phone around as if you're shooting a video, but you're recording your camera moves within the 360 video clips. You can pinch and zoom and if you play around with how you're holding the camera when filming, you can get some REALLY unique and cool shots that you can't get with any other camera. The one lens action cam setting is good, and I really like the dual multi view mode where it films the front camera and the back camera. Stabilization and horizon lock is insanely good. WORDS OF WISDOM: ABSOLUTELY GET THE LENS GUARD! I did not and I regret it. Spend the extra $20. The lenses protrude (as 360 cams do) and if it hits the ground, it WILL scratch. It fell lightly on some rocks from 2 feet up and got a scratch that was bearable, but noticeable in video. I crashed on my bike and the lens hit the concrete and it's unusably scratched. Also pay for the Insta360 Care on their website. I did and I'm sending mine to get the lens repaired and then will promptly be putting on the lens guard. If this thing would do something higher than 30fps in full 5.7k resolution, (like maybe 60 or 120), overall rating would probably be a 5 star.

My older camera would not record audio anymore. When I contacted the company they said it was because it was so old and the battery wasn't delivering full power anymore, and you can't replace them. They tried to sell me much more expensive cameras but I found this one at a much lower price and it works great. I load the photos and videos onto an app which is connected to my VR gamer/viewer. Works great.

I’ve used all types of 360 cameras and the ONEX2 is definitely becoming my favorite. What makes this different from the ONEX is that the ONEX2 is water proof, has a grippy casing, and is able to use the AI features. Compared to the ONE R, it has a more simplistic design which I prefer for a 360 camera. Also the 360 stitching is better because of the design, it won’t move or budge compared to the ONE R when using their selfie stick. The quality is awesome, when I compare to other brands nothing stands out from one another but that’s where the pricing and additional features come into play for this camera. It’s just too convenient. Quality can also drop depending where you post, social apps tend to lower quality a little, just a heads up if you see some videos and question the quality. I saw a review about this not being waterproof which is totally false. They must’ve not close the coverings correctly or dived too deep. The box even comes with an instructions manual regarding the waterproofing. AI features, these are fun things to try out, makes making content easy and gives you some creative direction! The Battery life is way better than it’s older model. However I suggest taking shorter videos to not drain your battery all at once. This is what I do so I’ve never actually considered if the battery life was good or bad because it always was good. Also taking long videos can be a pain to edit. The app is easy to use and you can make cool edits with it ALL FROM YOUR PHONE. Shameless plug but see some of my videos on IG @t4tien. Every 360 video I’ve edited has used their app on my phone! Last, if you’re getting this camera you need to get the invisible selfie stick. It automatically stitches out, I assume you know that since you’re looking at 360 cameras but it’s a must have. ENJOY!!

Requires phone app to function. And >3 gigs of free space to install in android for 1 gig app. I've had a couple older spherical cameras in the past, and neither requires "registering" to work. This is a ridiculous requirement for a device with claims of such amounts of built in power and features. You can use the cameras interface to scroll through and change all sorts if settings, but MUST install and synch with their app to actually take any images. The shutter button is useless until then for some reason (update: supposedly to prevent theft, so be careful if buying used) UPDATE: Phone app would crash repeatedly before being able to "register" the camera. Had to source an older version of the app and side load it onto my android phone (moto g7 power). The older version at least didn't crash long enough for me to register the camera and make it somewhat useful, but still crashes often. Camera froze up once upon attempting to record after recording about 10 short (15-25sec) clips, about a minute apart while leaving camera on in between (summer rally car stage, camera on tripod), and felt very hot. holding power button did nothing, removed and re-inserted battery to reset. At least the battery is removable, and on the side, so it can be reset without removing the camera from the tripod! Range to remote trigger the camera with the phone is also terrible. Not any better than the older cameras I have. It is much shorter than the range for bluetooth even. Would have liked to set the camera in a more dangerous location, and be able to trigger it from a safe distance, but nope. Should have returned device when required manufacturer's newest app failed to make camera function.

当初は、画質が悪く、ファイルサイズも大きくなりがちで扱いにくいと感じたため星3でレビューしていたが、使っていくうちにそれらのデメリットは重要ではないと感じるようになった。 ・映像の質 確かに静止画で風景を撮ると細部の粗さが気になるが、動画ではさほど気にならない。むしろPure shot機能の色彩調整のおかげで、低価格帯のアクションカメラよりかはかなり良い「画の質」が出せている感じがある(彩度を上げているだけかもしれないが)。 ・手振れ補正とカーブへの追従 手振れ補正(Flow state)がかなり優秀で、車載映像を撮ると高速道路での微細な揺れもオフロードでの大きな揺れも完全に吸収され、見ていて心地のいい映像が出来上がる。「Hiicam」では、車載カメラとして使った際、手振れ補正のせいで映像の旋回がカーブ走行についてこない状況が発生したが、このカメラの場合はそれが起こらず、ちゃんと前を向き続ける映像を書き出すことができる。むしろ左右も撮っているという特性を生かせば、Insta 360 Studioで映像の視点をカーブの方向に向けることもできる。 ・ファイルサイズについて ファイルサイズが大きくなりがちとしたが、パソコンで運用する場合、USB接続したまま編集して書き出しすれば、ファイルをパソコンに転送する時間は必要なく、ファイルが何GBであろうと特に気にならなかった。 ・耐久性 耐久性に関しても大変優れているようだった。ルーフキャリアから自撮り棒でぶらさげてタイヤの動きを撮った際、地面に近いために岩に何度もぶつかったのだが、特に傷はついていなかった。それ以降もルーフ上でそれなりの力で枝にぶつかったが、これも問題ない。レンズが飛び出している点が心配だったが(360度を撮るには必要だろう)、どうもよほど無茶苦茶な扱い方をしない限り問題ないようだ。交換もできると聞く。 ・長時間撮影の運用 そして、車載カメラとして運用する場合、車体から給電しながら長時間撮影を続けられるのもかなり便利だ。晩夏の中、低速のオフロードでも熱暴走せず、高速道路で風を受けても問題なく、ルーフ上で3時間以上連続撮影できた。しかし、映像は30分ごとに保存されて新しいファイルになるため、保存と録画開始の間の数秒間は映像が欠落する。 ・最大の問題点 もしも走行中の車外など猛烈な風が当たる環境で使う場合、搭載されているマイクは風切り音ばかり録音することになってしまう。ノイズをカットする機能はあるが、それでは無音になってしまう。ウインドジャマーを付けられればいいのだが、どこにもウインドジャマーを付けることができない。まぁウインドジャマーを付けても、カメラを付けられるような車体上の見晴らしのいい場所では、さすがに風に負けてしまう。外付けのマイクを接続することを考えたが、この製品はなんとUSBマイクを認識せず、有線マイクを使うには「マイクアダプター」が必要となる。そしてそれは生産終了していて中古でも手に入らない。そこで取り得る選択肢は、Bluetoothマイク、2.5GHz無線マイク、別録りとなる。Bluetoothマイクは高価だし、2.5GHzマイクはUSBポートを占有するのでUSBケーブルで常時給電できず、私は結局ボイスレコーダーでの別撮りをしている。

Nunca había tenido una camara 360 y es de las mejores experiencias de video con las que he experimentado. Increiblemete versatil y sencilla de usar, es sorprendente los videos que puedes hacer con ella. La comunidad es enorme por lo que siempre tendrás alguien a quien preguntarle tus dudas. El único detalle que tuve es que no menciona tan explicitamente que necesitas una tarjeta SD especial para poder usar la camara, pero nada que no se pueda conseguir aqui por Amazon
