The harness supports and secures one camera with a long or short lens, keeping it always at the ready. The ergonomic design of this camera vest carrier distributes the weight of the camera, helping to lessen the fatigue of a long shooting day. Comes complete with a comfortable and durable, one-size-fits-all adjustable Camera Harness made of Kodra Synthetic canvas with Durable Water Repellent Coating, fitted with the patented super-strong Twist & Lock camera mount. The C&C machined, anodised aluminium camera hub mounts to the base of your camera and secures the camera to the harness. The updated design also features a quick release waist belt with speed straps, Two stash pockets for carrying extra memory cards or small items on the front, a large outside pocket on the back and a redesigned quieter lens hold-down strap. (The strap is no longer Velcro but rather a quick clip so it's quieter for those situations where silence is required. ) This system keeps your hands free, your equipment safe, and your body mobile. Ready to shoot. Right now! Set Contains: Camera harness for one camera, Rain cover, Anodised aluminium camera hub with rubber washer, Camera hub mounting bolt, Camera tether strap, Allen key, Tether split-ring Review: Light weight - I can use it while I ride my bike Review: Top quality material. - The harness is made of top quality material and feels very sturdy. It is light and relatively comfortable to wear, whether it's just over a t-shirt, or over a waterproof jacket whilst wearing a backpack. The attaching mechanism is very secure and there is little, if any, chance of the camera falling out accidentally. Although not strictly necessary, I prefer to leave the camera strap attached to the camera and placed around my neck. This way, when I detach it from the harness, I cannot possibly drop it. The included waterproof cover is an added bonus for those quick, unexpected showers as it saves the hassle of removing a backpack and storing the camera away - only to have to reverse the process a few minutes later when the rain stops to get the camera out again! I'm in my mid-seventies now and like to use hiking poles wherever possible. Before buying the harness, the camera would swing from side to side as I hiked. As both my hands were on the poles, I had no means of stopping this from happening - the harness has solved this frustrating problem once and for all! Attaching and extracting the camera are extremely simple operations, simply twist and lift up to extract, slot in and twist to secure. The harness is fully customisable with regards to height and fit on the torso. There are plenty of adjustable straps that cater for all types of clothing being worn and all types of body shapes. Despite being quite expensive for what it is, the harness serves its intended purpose exceptionally well. Let's face it, it would easily outweigh the cost of an unsecured camera or lens that had smashed against a rock face! So, although expensive, I would wholeheartedly recommend this harness to anyone wanting to hike with their camera always at the ready. ## Features - Patented Twist & Lock Mount for security and stability - Spreads load across body to alleviate weight across neck & shoulders - Ideal for use with DSLR, Mirrorless and Compact System Cameras - Lens hold-down strap keeps camera and lens flat against your body for ease of movement - Camera harness for one camera, Rain cover, Anodised aluminium camera hub with rubber washer, Camera hub mounting bolt, Camera tether strap, Allen key, Tether split-ring ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07476FDRT | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #38,696 in Electronics ( See Top 100 in Electronics ) #1 in Camera Bag Harnesses | | Brand Name | Cotton | | Color | Grey | | Compatible Devices | Most standard cameras | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 850 Reviews | | Fastener Type | Twist & Lock | | Garment Size Country | United Arab Emirates | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00099461004504, 09946100450400 | | Included Components | Camera strap, rain cover, camera strap made of anodised aluminium with rubber disc, mounting bolt, camera strap, Allen key, mounting ring | | Item Dimensions | 35.6 x 35.6 x 5.1 centimeters | | Item Weight | 0.66 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Cotton Carrier | | Manufacturer Part Number | 686GREY | | Material Type | Cotton | | Number of Items | 1 | | Pattern | Solid | | Size | 14x14x2 inches | | Style Name | Custom | | Style Number | 3744 | | UPC | 099461004504 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![Carrier CCS G3 Camera Harness System for One Camera - Grey - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51PVUoUjMfL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Why is this brand so much more expenseive than some others? What makes it superior?** A: We are a North American company that has put R&D into every aspect of our products and we stand behind what we sell and are proud of what we sell. Superior designs and materials cost a little more. **Q: I am a very large man (6’2” and 350 lb). It says one size fits all, but is that really true?** A: The Torso strapping will stretch out to 57 inches. Let me know if you have any further questions. **Q: Is the G3 available in Black??** A: No sorry we only made it in Dark charcoal grey. It is a nice dark grey! **Q: Has anyone used this while also wearing a framed backpack?** A: Yes, that’s why I bought it. It works great under Day packs and extended packs. You will sweat under it some but I Hike when it’s 115. In my opinion there is no better way to carry your SLR when hiking. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Light weight *by M***D on 15 April 2024* I can use it while I ride my bike ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top quality material. *by S***R on 8 November 2023* The harness is made of top quality material and feels very sturdy.
