633-01 633 Soldering Iron Holder, White

Extremely stable and I love the little brass holder it comes with. it has a slots for a ton of different tips. In another review I mentioned that it's worth it to spend a few extra bucks for hakko and that rings especially true with the stand. It doesn't matter how good your equipment is if things are tipping over. This is easy to use and rock solid. Highly recommended!

I have the Hakko FX-888D soldering iron and love it. The iron holder it comes with, however, I am not such a big fan of. It carries the same yellow and blue color scheme that the box does and I find it somewhat ugly. Not only that, but the sponge is useless since it has a brass sponge (brass sponge prolongs the life of your tip and doesn't cool it down either) but the opening to the brass sponge holder is irritatingly small/narrow. I was somewhat worried if this would hold my FX-888D wand perfectly since I could not find any reviews from anyone who tried it, but my fears were unfounded. This item is everything I want in a holder: - Beautiful and stylish - Holds the FX-888D wand perfectly - Has a counter-push about 2" past the opening that keeps your wand perfectly aligned vertically, so I imagine it would hold just about any iron - Has a brass sponge holder with sufficient opening - Big/heavy enough to not slide around without taking up too much space It is a bit bigger than I anticipated, but not overly so. For anyone who is looking for a functional iron holder I highly recommend this one, and since it comes with the brass sponge and brass sponge holder it can't be beat. If you have an FX-888D I also highly recommend you check out the T18-BR02 tip. The tip is bent at about 30° which makes it extremely easy to get into tight spaces, and enables you to hold the end of the tip flush against the PCB while your hand is at a comfortable angle. I can't imagine using an iron without it now; spoiled me.

Purchased for my FR-301 Desolder gun, works great. I also have one for my Hakko soldering iron. Couldn't be happer with the quality.

For most of my electronic tinkering equipment, I tend to buy cheap Chinese knock offs. Most of them are made well. I had a hunch that I should spend the extra $15 and get a good iron holder. this thing is worth it. Really good solid, basic design. Recommended.

I bought this for my Hakko FR-301 de-soldering gun. I've tried a few other stands, but the FR-301 is either too heavy, or the power cord coming out of the bottom gets in the way, so nothing I tried really worked. I decided to give this a try, as it's the first and only stand (that I found) that specifically says it'll fit the FR-301. Well, this stand does fit, but it's not specifically made for it. I found that I needed to pull up on the holder to bend it up some, so that the power cord coming out of the FR-301 clears the workbench. I've been using it for a few months now, and it seems to work fine. Other reviewers have mentioned that this holder slides around on their workbench too easily, but I haven't had that problem. I guess having that problem depends on how you stow and retrieve your tool? Other than having to bend it to make it fully accommodate my FR-301, the only real complaint I have is on the included cleaning wire pot. it doesn't exactly attach to the stand, it just sits in the hole. Every time I pick up the stand to move it, I forget about the cleaning pot and either the bottom of the cleaning pot falls off, or the whole pot itself falls out. The product photos depict the cleaning pot sitting in what appears to be the sponge holder, but the version with the cleaning pot does not include that part (I don't know if the cleaning pot would actually fit in the sponge tray in the first place). Overall, it's a quality product, and the only one stand/holder that will actually hold your FR-301.

If you own a Hakko FR-301 - Portable Desoldering Tool this is a must. The holder that came with the FR-301 is very bad. This is a great upgrade and a must if you own a FR-301. The holder is very stable and will clean the outside of the tip when you put a hot iron in it.

Bought this for my FR-301 since it only comes with a lame tip rest that is next to useless. This stand holds the desoldering gun up off the workbench in a much safer way and in the right position to easily pick it up and put it back. The brass tip cleaner is also my preferred method of cleaning tips to and this one is good. No thermal shock on your tips shortening their lifespan like you get with a wet sponge.

昔ながらのばね式＋海綿のはんだごて台が使い勝手が悪くて、ようやく買い替えました。 タイトル通り、大昔にHCで買った大洋電機のはんだごてを使ってますが、それがすぽっと入ります こて先がねじ止め式なので出すときに引っかかりますが、対応品ではないのですから当然です むしろ安易に脱落しないほうがいいので納得です あと、ワイヤーのクリーナーもいいですね まだはんだ作業はしていませんが、がっちりした形状とホールドの良さで作業中も安心できます

Its a simple device, it holds your soldering iron I don't even own a Hakko soldering iron, but this still fits my Ryobi soldering iron well I like this holder, it does it's job

Standfest und hochwertig. Ein sehr willkommenes Upgrade zu meiner Lötstation. Es ist schön schwer, die Messingwolle ist meiner Meinung nach viel besser als ein Schwamm und die Spitzen vom pinecil passen in die Löcher
