This is my favorite diaper cream that we have tried for my little man. Not only is it cloth safe, but it goes on nicely (not gooey) and works wonders at preventing and clearing diaper redness. Using this we have only had one small diaper rash, which cleared up in less than a day, in almost a year. It also smells amazing, which is an added bonus. Pros - smell, lightweight consistency, great at clearing up and preventing diaper rash Cons - since it is a natural product I receive some that are a different consistency than others (larger pieces of ingredients)

I absolutely love this balm! My son is in cloth diapers and has never had a diaper rash when this is used regularly. It smells good, it's moisturizing, as well as a great barrier for wetness. I love the fact that is is full of all "good for you" ingredients. You don't need the nasty chemical filled petrolatum based creams to keep away diaper rashes. We use this all over for every diaper change.

This product is absolutely amazing! I am the Mommy of 3 kids and have used this cream on all of my babies. I have never come across any other diaper cream that gets rid of a bad rash in less than 24 hours like this one does. It's toxin free so you can rest assured that no harmful chemicals or ingredients will be touching your baby's skin. Not only is it great for babies, it also works wonders on kitchen burns, bug bites, dry skin and mild rashes. This stuff is magic. I registered for a few different diaper creams, two of which included this organic diaper balm and Bourdeaux's Butt Paste. For my baby, this balm cleared up any redness practically. The other brand made the redness worse. I recognize that products have varying ingredients that do/don't work with everyone. This is just a review of our experience. We had a solid comparison on multiple occasions before we figured it out: I used the organic balm at home once in the AM and once in the PM, and the child care used the other one all day. Overnight, max over the weekend, redness was gone. Bonus: The organic balm isn't crazy messy. I don't worry about leaving little white finger print everywhere.
