I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with 'Hyper Track." They do fit regular chrome shelves I've purchased at Lower's Home Improvements, and HomeDepot.

Can it fit with bus’s stainless shelving

I'm not familiar with bus's stainless steel, but if the bars have the grooves in them that holds the adjustable shelves, then yes these will work
