Only lasted me about 2 weeks before cracking open. My previous high density foam roller lasted over a year and I only went to replace it because it was a bit deformed. I am admittedly hard on rollers, but this one performed pretty poorly.

My physical therapist recommended that I get a foam roller to help with self myofascial release in the mid back due to a snowboarding related injury. This is a great foam roller. The quality is top-notch. I love the firmness. In the past, I've struggled to find a foam roller that gives me the desired pressure (I like a really hard, deep pressure). This roller fits the bill. It is very durable and I think it will last a long time. The one negative is it is a little shorter than I was expecting. I am broad shoulder and this one doesn't quite reach shoulder to shoulder. With that being said, the length doesn't hinder my ability to do any of the exercises that my P.T.
