Definetely uncomparable to the average vacuump pumps in terms of being solid and resistant. Thees object often brakes because of cheap plastics materials which they are made. But this one is indestructable. Only sownside is that its own stifness and different emchanisms make it slow to achieve desired pressure if using big objects, like big cylinders under pressure test. The pin has separated and fallen out and the handle now wont work, as its now all in three pieces, a handle a pin and a main body with gauge. So we have purchased a product that has broken after minimal use and is after the return window as we were on holidays. This type of product should never fail like this!!!! Buyers beware of the quality of this product. I have many years use of this brand but this has never happened or with the plastic type either.

I use it on my outboard lower unit to ensure the prop seals aren't leaking. I also use it on my boat trailer hub with an adapter to the grease fitting to check seals. Its solid .. looks well built and works as it should.

En general buen producto, se descompuso el primer dia de uso, aunque solo ocupaba la pata o manibela, la cual es de acero resistente, quiza de alguna aleacion de niquel, pero el circuito interno es atroz, se estropeo con unos cuantos bombeos, por otro lado no da supcion. pero como solo requeria la manibela por lo demas esta bien para mi....
