What is the overall size? Says 6 inch by 3 inch. Is that just the blade of the total length?

The fat part of the blade is 5 inches by 3, the tapering part adds about another inch and the wooden handle is about 4 inches

How flexible is the metal turner? I am looking for a turner that hs a solid metal blade with little to no flexibility.

I don't feel there is any flexibility. Very solid and sturdy. I feel this is a great quality. I have also bought them for family members and they love them. I highly recommend the spatula.

Any idea where this product is manufactured?? The age old question...

i checked with the restaurant supply house that sells these things, and the answer is....................china. (big surprise) having said that, this thing is a great burger flipper. very heavy duty blade with beveled edges, no rust, solid wood handle. not your typical china product.
