What's the difference between the AI303 and the ZN312?

AI303 is a gravity separator removing bulk liquid and oil via centrifugal force. The ZN312 is a 1-micron filter capturing fine mist/moisture. For best air quality, install AI303 first (Stage 1) and ZN312 second (Stage 2).

Will this cause pressure drop in my air line?

No. The AI303 features an optimized flow path engineered to maintain full downstream pressure. Unlike cheap restrictive filters, it uses centrifugal separation that works WITH the air flow. Your tools will perform at their maximum pressure.

How often do I need to drain the bowl?

Drain frequency depends on humidity. Check the transparent bowl and push the drain valve when water reaches the 1/3 mark (takes 2 seconds). In hot, humid conditions, drain every 30-60 minutes. Standard 1/4" NPT connections install in minutes.
