why are both obd2 ports on the end different? The two female plugs are different. i have two accessories. can only fit one female plug not other one?

It works as expected. It works by splitting the existing connector in you car, between the data cable and the existing interface. Unplug it from the back and connect it between the cable and the interface to give you an extra obd port to connect a permanent device like a gps or infotainment accessory. I hope this helps.

i have a 07 subaru outback if i use this will one of the ports fit in the stock location so it looks like i dont have anything hooked up?

It would just depend on how well you can hide it and if there is enough play on the wiring harness under your dash. That would probably be your biggest challenge, if there is enough play in the wiring harness.

Is this comes with mounting bracket as well?

it does not come with a mounting bracket. All that comes is the cable as seen in the picture. I Unscrewed my stock OB2, flipped it around backwards, plugged the cable into it, attached my truck tuner to one end, and then zip tied the remain cable end to my stock cable. It fits fine that way and easily accessible to take reading from the OBD2 port.
