**Q: Does it come with the tubing to connect to Jura coffee maker?**
A: Comes w tubing, but NO black connector

**Q: I read it comes with the tubing but is the black connector that plug into the machine alose comes with it ?**
A: You need the black connector on the machine end and a clear connector that connects to the glass container for the other end. The clear connector comes with the glass container.

**Q: Is there a thermal insulation function?**
A: No insulation. 
But to solve this I bought a stainless steel double wall wine cooler by OGGI Barware (for only $9 here on Amazon ) to put the milk cup on ice for more extended periods of time by the machine. It worked great! Milk stayed cold till evening resting on ice.

**Q: is there a connection to connect the hose from the coffee machine?**
A: Yes. The hose that attaches from the machine connects to a hole on top of the stainless lid that covers the milk container.
