I have bought this product several times. I cut the roll into 5' lengths (yields about 30 bands). These Therabands last about 2 years before I have to replace them. They get a lot of use.

Very helpful for strengthening muscles and ligaments after injury or surgery.

Husband needed new bands as he continues working on the exercises from PT. This roll allows him to cut to desired length and can periodically replace them.

I use this stuff for physical therapy exercises for my shoulder. I think it is about the right tension for that. But the exercises—which I do every time I lift weights—involves looping about 5-6 feet of it around a doorknob, then closing the d door and pulling. That tends to abrade the band so that it inevitably snaps. I can tie it together a couple of times, but eventually, I have to cut another piece. It’s a lot less expensive to get a big roll.

I use it for my students as a fidget, and wrap it around their chair legs so they can kick against it. The blue works great for this. The green usually would break after a few weeks.
