Nice Size and Good Quality
This 10" diameter ball is a nice size for physical therapy exercises that require holding tension between your knees or Captain Morgan hip exercises done against a wall. I would not want anything smaller or much larger. It's easy to inflate with the little pump that is included. I found that it takes about 120 short pumps to achieve a nice flexible inflation. Pulling the inflation needle out and inserting the plug in is a bit tricky. But, if you squeeze the ball really tightly around the needle and quickly swap in the plug, you can manage without loosing much air. I've been using the ball daily for a couple of weeks and so far no air has leaked out. The surface of the ball is quite grippy. I washed it with plain water when I got it and a soapy film formed on the surface that I rinsed off. It still retains its grippiness. There is no odor that I can detect. Overall, I'm really happy with it.

Not a 10" ball.
It's an 8" ball or maybe 8 1/2" at most, fully inflated. Falsely advertised as 10". I already had 8" balls, so this is a wasted expenditure and not worth the time to return so will cash or give away.
