The parts were well-packaged and there was no damage to any of them, but one of the doors arrived with glue all over it. The same thing happened with the larger cabinet, except this time the glue came right off with some rubbing. Assembly took about 30 minutes with a power drill and I did it alone. The instructions are simple to follow and assembly was easy. You'll need a Phillips head screwdriver, and a hammer to nail the back on. You'll also need a drill bit to complete the holes for the handles. The cabinet is pretty sturdy, but I wish the pegs that connect this unit to the bottom one were a little larger. The middle shelf is adjustable. The doors have 6-way adjustable hinges, which helped me eliminated the gap that originally appeared between the two doors. They will also help you make sure there is a tight seal between the doors and cabinet and so the doors are on straight. I like the metal door handles, which look much nicer than the plastic handles that come with most other utility cabinets. The doors have rounded edges, giving it a less utility-like feel to them. I placed this unit on top of the Prepac Elite Collection 32-Inch Storage Cabinet .
