The picture of the bottom of the box says made in taiwan, but in "about the product" it says it is manufactured in usa - which is correct?

What we received was a leaky bottle that was peeling. We returned it. I THINK French connection must have sold rights to this fragrance. The one we purchased at target had a Taiwan sticker too
