love the product. my first time trying it. It smells amazing. Works great on natural hair. I have no complaints about the product. However, I won't be ordering this product again simply because of the way it is shipped. My first order arrived, I opened the box the product had spilled out and the top was cracked. I had no issues getting the product replaced. The replacement order arrived and the lid was not completely closed only a tiny bit of product had escaped and I was okay with that but "for the price," I don't want to lose any of the product! The container is shipped with a plastic bag over it and placed in the shipping box. There is no tape or bubble wrap to protect the container lid for shipping and the lid comes off very easily. I do not want to experience that again so I won't be ordering again. it's a shame because I really like this product. It may be best to go to the store and buy it if you can find it. Otherwise, take your chances on the shipping.

I didn't really expect this stuff to work on my hair. I have extremely thick, spirally natural hair. I've tried so many products over the years and I'm usually unhappy with them. This product is thick enough to actually adhere to my hair (doesn't feel like mostly water), didn't leave a slimy feel and smells fantastic. Most days I use only this and rarely use curling jelly anymore. This provides moisture and control for my hair and still looks great after it's dry. The cost for the amount you get is fantastic. I had found another product that works well on my hair but I was going through one jar after about 4-5 uses. Not with this product.

Great product that arrives open inside you package 8 out of 10 times. Years ago I complained to Amazon and they started taping the lids. Then they stopped taping the lids and they started just putting the product inside a plastic baggy. Well, I had ordered two jars of this hair conditioner with other items and my order never arrived. My order was automatically returned back to Amazon and deemed undeliverable. So complained that they stopped taping the lids and they need to go back to doing it to prevent the conditioner from opening up in the package. So I reordered everything again and I finally got my order, but these 2 jars of hair conditioner weren't taped and weren't inside any baggies. The lids were very loose and 1 had just started to ooze out. I believe these hair conditioners are manufactured with the lids loose. There's not much of a screw on track on the jars, so the lids loosen and open up very easily. So without retightening the lids before shipping and taping the lids down is just Amazon creating a disastrous mess of a package for the customer and a return for them. I don't under Amazon anymore, they use to immediately take care of it so it doesn't continue to happen. I now can call and call to complain about them not taping the lids down and nothing is done anymore.

Updated Review - It's been a week and I've been wearing my hair up in a ponytail.... Today I was combing out my ponytail and flakes for days! I never have dandruff. It straight product buildup throughout my entire head? Dissappointing! I have fine texture, meduim density, regular porosity, 3c/4a curl type. My hair has always been prone to frizz especially when its lacking moisture. I use a liquid leave in along with a cream leave in conditioner for extra moisture. My hair is super dry in the winter months so I've been looking for a intense moisture leave in conditioner. I have found it with this product! I used it along with my liquid leave in (coconut water and aloe vera) and it worked great together! Its very moisturizing, tamed my frizz, and made detangling a breeze! The consistancy is creamy and smooth. Plus its super inexpensive and its a 32oz container. I couldn't ask for more!! This is now a staple product for me!

I have purchased this item multiple times and it does wonder every time. I love how its available in a larger size which i never realized. i used to purchase this from another website and it would take forever to arrive and now that i know its on amazon i can receive it much faster. this product will leave your hair really soft and help bring back your curls! Love this product!!

The best leave-in I've ever found and for an incredible price! It absorbs readily, smoothes on evenly, leaves minimal to no build-up on hair strands, and leaves my hair touchably soft. I have naturally very dry, curly hair and this product helps my hair retain its moisture throughout the day. My daughter has a very different hair texture and only needs a little bit of this leave-in to maintain her bouncy curls and tame any frizz. The product has proven versatile and has worked on any hair type in this household. And BONUS: it smells DELICIOUS with recognizable ingredients!!! Can't beat the quality and smell for this price. I hope this exact formula is always available and as affordable as it is now.

I am retracting my previous review! I thought I had received a used product and wrote a pretty negative review, turns out someone in my household had used it without my knowledge. Now knowing this, I've since used the product and it is really good. It smells amazing and conditions my hair very well. I'm happy with the amount of product as well. It's a very good value. I'd like to apologize to the vendor as well for my not so positive initial review, I definitely did not get a used product!

very moisturizing, and has become my new favourite leave-in. Unfortunately, the price does not satisfy compared to the size of the jar. Made to look bigger than it actually is.

The product arrived well packaged. It’s a large tub filled to the brim, so it’ll last a long time. A small amount goes a long way. I like the consistency and there’s no flaking🥳🥳

We use this for my mixed daughter and son’s hair! It works so great to hydrate their hair. I have been using for years. Would recommend it!

The product is fine. But it was obvious someone dumped the conditioner in the box and put the half full container in the box. I requested a refund from Amazon and was obliged. Will not be buying again.
