I’m sorry I can’t answer your question regarding measuring in grams. I don’t use metrics. I can tell you each packet is 1/2 teaspoon. Again I’m sorry I wasn’t able to help you. I hope you find someone that can grip. Good luck.

Is this for one box of packets? One box sells in local stores for about $4 a box, so I wonder if this is for multiple boxes.

One box of 200 packets. Retail stores sell the 100 packet box for that price

Does this ship inside an outer Amazon box or just with a label slapped on the food box allowing it to be damaged and exposed to the elements?

It came in a box that was inside a amazon box. The product was not exposed to element. Very satisfied with individual packages and the sugar box had a split (perforated) slot for dispensing! I eventually found the same product at my grocery store but not individual packet form.
