Tailbone EDC Knife: Everyday Carry Fixed Blade Drop Point Knife with Black Stonewash Finish, Orange Cord Wrapped Handle, Sheath 2415

I purchased this for my husband as a gift, he absolutely loves it, he wears it everyday, and finds random reasons to use it.

I collect knives. Not just any knives. They have to be unique somehow. This one is cool-unique. I have a potful of CRKT knives and this one is becoming an Every Day Carry.

It's not clear from the photos and I don't remember seeing it in the product description. I ordered this knife on a whim, looking for something novel. The handle is pretty clever and unique, so I can't say I'm disappointed - but it's not really what I thought I was getting. The handle is like a bicycle chain, rigid in the vertical dimension but can flex and snake in the horizontal. This actually makes it really comfortable to hold, and allows you to get the knife into some unusual (and inadvisable!) positions. Fit and finish on the knife and paracord wrap were good, and my blade came razor sharp. It's a neat little knife, but I don't think it'll see much use - this knife would definitely cut me sooner or later

This knife is amazing. You won’t understand what I mean until you hold it in your hand and it completely conforms to your hand!!!! You need this!

Maybe I didn't read the description very carefully. So maybe its me. BUT WHO IN HIS RIGHT MIND WOULD WANT A KNIFE WITH A FLIMSY/WOBBLING HANDLE?!!! You want to make a knife that uses a bike chain for handle material? Sure. Go ahead. Just don't bother wrapping it in paracord. The result is a flimsy, unusable handle. So, what did I do? Did I send it back? Did I throw it away? Hell, no! I ripped the bike chain off of the thing, and now have a finger-knife that rocks MUCH harder than the idiotic piece of crap I started with!

I like everything. Skinned a deer no dramas.

Maybe I did not read the description correctly prior to ordering, but the handle is not rigid. It is made of 550 cord and is floppy.

I really like this little knife, the sheath is a perfect fit making it safe to wear on a lanyard around the neck, perfect for women or people with small hands,no one could ever get this knife out of one’s hands , making it a better option for a self defence knife than a conventional knife

Der Messergriff besteht aus einer mit Kordel umwickelten Kette. Daher ist er äußerst flexibel und schmiegt sich geradezu in die Hand. Etwas besseres als Backup kann ich mir nicht vorstellen.

The chain flexible handle is very good and ideal when the knife is in a pocket. When cutting yes the knife is sturdy and flexible handle not even noticeable. I guess people saying it’s flexible are not used to these type of knifes and how to hold it and the use that you should really get out of it. Overall very happy with this buy and a very useful tool for edc

The size and weight are great for a neck-knife. After playing around for a couple of days, I found the flexibility of the handle does not leave me feeling confident in my ability to safely use the knife as intended. It is poorly pictured and described, as none of the listing photos show the handle flexed. I had to search the description very closely to find any reference to the flexibility.

Have carried this knife for about a week now both in the workplace and the outdoors. It has been a great tool in both. The knife is different from others and takes a minute to get used to. Came very sharp, sliced paper with ease
