I would recommend this Vitamin E oil and it is ver nourishing and doesn't feel too greasy on the skin. I like to put it on at night.

I bought this as a facial oil after attending a natural skincare workshop - the lady running the course had such lovely skin and only uses this as a moisturiser so I thought I’d give it a try! After a month I love it - I can’t say I look younger but it’s easy to use with a glass dropper and you only need a few drops to do your whole face and neck. After a few minutes it is completely absorbed so I’ve had no issues putting make-up on afterwards. I think this will last a long time so will be much better value than the expensive Temple Spa cream I used to buy! I believe you can also ingest this oil although I haven’t tried this so can’t comment on its flavour

The product it's self is refreshing in that the vit E oil goes directly into the skin with no greasy or oily residue. The brown glass bottle with dropper works well. All good points. Not so good is for the price. I would have expected more of the oil for the price . I suspect I will go through the contents within a week, which is disappointing. I may buy again if there is an offer on or the amount of oil goes up. A good product, no so good price. Perhaps the company can find packaging that obviously bumps up the cost of the product and is thrown away without any practical use.

I use it on my face after my moisturiser and before applying sunscreen, it absorbs quickly, leaving my acne prone skin smooth, hydrated and happy. What I love most is it prevents my under eye concealer from looking to cakey. I use retinol and make up can cling to dry patches every now and then even after exfoliating. I sometimes use it on my scalp to dilute rosemary/mint oil and to seal my split ends. Taking internally has been just as beneficial to the moisture of my skin. It tastes pleasant, almost like sunflower or olive oil. Great value for money. One bottle lasts me 6-8 weeks. Will purchase again.
