Sinon, très contente et revient nettement moins cher que d'acheter des pastilles pour sucrer ses boissons, ses smouthies et autres recettes. Dans les boissons : pas d'arrière goût particulier, même si ce n'est pas tout à fait le même goût que le sucre. Mais c'est le lot de tous les autres succédanés de sucre. On s'y habitue très très rapidement, car il est agréable.

Waited a week before posting this. BAD NEWS: No, this is not just a natural sweetener with no taste other than sweet, to mimic sugar. It's minimally processed, so it retains some of its plant flavor. And some of it tends to settle to the bottom of the beverage container. GOOD NEWS: The taste is OK. The wife and I actually like the taste. An acquired taste, but definitely sweet. And this is as natural a sweetener as you can possibly find. It has a bit of a licorice taste to it. And it sweetens beverages perfectly well. OVERALL: We'll definitely buy again. Other forms of stevia are incredibly processed, to the point where we're not sure of the benefit. This form we have confidence in.

You do have to get used to the taste and the amount you use but for unrefined Stevia it works well in my cooking
