I am wondering if it is as good for that as the single garlic slicer from the same brand** A: Not sure. You can grate the garlic but I haven’t tried slicing it with this. There is a straight slicing blade and you might be able to use that to slice garlic but it would be thicker than a regular garlic slicer.. no way to adjust **Q: Can you replace the blade on the slicer? Or remove it to sharpen it when it becomes dull?** A: It looks like the blade is riveted on the plastic holder. I don’t think you can replace it or sharpen it . **Q: What is the difference between the "complete" set for $10 more? What else do you get from the $19.99 set? There is no description on the listing?** A: Dimensions may be smaller and there may be one less grating/slicing attachment, while looking at the smaller set.
