Good little phone, poor instructions
Works very well and quite suitable for my disabled relative who has very shaky hands . But the instructions are not adequate for they miss out so many of the many hidden features, like message recording the fm radio receiver and changing ringtones. Luckily he is quite tech-savvy or he wouldn't have been able to find many of them. And be aware that there are different models, for on ordering again we found they sent us an earlier version that had the older micro usb charger connection and somewhat different methods of recording radio programmes. And note that its Gen 2 hardware that will one day be switched off.- but not for some years yet.

After my daughter’s school became a no-phone zone, meaning she was not allowed to take a smartphone, I bought this for her. Battery life is amazing; basic functionality is good; the appearance and button size are appropriate, and the screen quality is good. All in all, she is happy.

Bad battery life
Battery appears to die very quickly. Only bought phone for a Christmas present for an elderly person and he has said the battery requires charging multiple times a day and he uses it very little
