Fox Run 3823 Marble Mortar and Pestle, Green

El producto me llegó en buenas condiciones, no estaba roto y estaba resistente. Llevo casi dos meses con el producto y la verdad estoy muy satisfecho, compre el pequeño y creo que es muy útil para moler diversas especias, a pesar de que está pequeño es algo pesado pero muy resistente, excelente producto

Amazing. There was a weird smell as first, but after I washed it before my first use the smell left. Its very efficient and easy to use and clean. It has a nice weight to it that helps for holding and grinding the ingredient. Just what I needed to grind my own spices and seeds. Also perfect to grind pills.

Likes: - Stylish, dark - Stone - Heavy (Not cheap feeling at all) Dislikes - Heavy The "heaviness" of the item is something I both like and dislike. It is heavy enough to where I feel it would be difficult to break it by accident. It, however, is also heavy enough that you wouldn't want to put it on a high shelf to find. This is something that should sit out on the counter top or be at a level that is easy to grab. Don't mistake my point by thinking it is like a block of lead in weight, it most certainly is not. It can be moved around relatively easily for me, however, I am considering the grandmothers out there that may not want something that is this heavy. The mortar was well designed and arrived with no chipping. The feel is solid and the look is a dark stylish one. It definitely goes well with dark wood cabinets & silver appliances (if that is a concern). The pestle, likewise, was in good condition as well when it arrived as there was no chipping or anything. Based on my initial use and observations I rate this item as high quality. I will update my review if over the next couple of months something causes me to change my original opinion, but for now this is where I stand.

Muy útil para moler pastillas para mis mascotas.

My family and I have gotten into Indian cooking lately and needed a good mortar and pestle to grind up the spices. After our old mortar broke (it was made out of ceramic) we wanted to find one that was made out of solid rock, was robust, and was deep so the spices wouldn't bounce out of it as you grind them. Most mortar and pestle sets are too shallow and are only good for very minor grinding, as you find out when you try to grind something like a spoonful of cumin seeds. The seeds bounced out all over the place when we used our old ceramic set, but this new Fox Run mortar and pestle is nice and deep and the seeds stay where they belong while you are grinding them. What else can I say? The interior of the mortar curves smoothly and the pestle has a great grinding tip on it. It's made out of solid marble, is quite heavy, and handles easily. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for this one!
