This book is probably bigger, but so much easier to read, with brilliant, simple pictures & diagrams, and its also easy to find things I want to know (very well indexed). Have I read it cover to cover? Of course not, I doubt anybody does, but having had several Canon's before, there's a lot I already knew. There's also a fair bit that I doubt I'll ever need to know (so that's where the reference comes in). However, there was more than enough that I will use, but didn't know about, that makes me happy to give it 5 stars and a good recommendation. This book will stay with me as long as I have the camera. Das beinahe perfekte Kamera-Buch! Komplett, ausführlich, klar geschrieben und, oh Wunder!, mit einem Index in dem man ALLES findet. Absolute Empfehlung, und ich habe bereits viele schlechte Bücher kennengelernt! Auch empfehlenswert: die Originalanleitung von Canon.
