A Peak Tea Experience (Plus Vitamin C)!!!
I have always loved the aroma of evergreen, particularly rosemary but any of these needled beauties gives you atmosphere and health benefits as well. But this one really blew me away! To be honest, I did mix it with my usual Stash Fusion (green / white) tea blend (and spices -- anise seed powder, cinnamon, cloves -- plus a little slippery elm, elderberry and Manuka honey). Then it was like a forest that had suddenly sprung up in my mouth! Every sip brought different awakening sensations. The night before drinking, I looked up Douglas Fir in my massive 'Cornucopia II' edible plants book, and it also gave rave reviews. You can use it to season poultry and other meats (which I did this afternoon, with salmon) and it gave a subtle smoky flavor. But I think a marinade might be a better application there, so I will have to try that. 'Cornucopia II' also says it is high in Vitamin C; after drinking it, later in the afternoon or evening it felt like it was strengthening my lungs (a bit like Pycnogenol or pine bark extract). Being asthmatic, that's also life changing! Altogether this is an extraordinary peak tea experience. The tea is a bit pricy and you are supposed to steep it for ten minutes (three worked fine for me). I will have to thank the Magic lady who sold me this as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants an out-of-this-world (while very down-to-earth) experience. Let the Douglas fir spring forth the dormant forest of life that lurks within!

A sip of forest
Juniper Ridge makes very fine products. They are a little expensive (for me) but are hand picked and thoughtfully prepared. I appreciate a portion of profit goes to Wild Nature organizations. Douglas Fir tip tea is not what a tea drinker might first think of but an herbalist might. :> I don't drink it often but when I do it is JUST the thing for waking up the mind to great appreciation. I have a friend who once lived in the forest, and now lives in the desert. I give it to her every December. She says to brew a cup and sip takes her back to her best forest memories, almost like being there. It is a strong scent, slightly astringent taste but still smooth. It tastes like forest. If you like herby rather than fruity tastes sometimes, you will like it. And if not, someone will. It will keep in these cans for a long time.

Lovely tea!
I was first introduced to pine needle tea by someone who hand foraged them in Oregon and I immediately fell in love. This tea is almost as good as the freshly-picked tea from years ago. In fact, I bought two boxes thinking I would give the second away as a gift, but I love it so much I am keeping both boxes for myself. It tastes just as the descriptions says: citrusy, piney, and with a naturally sweet honey/honeysuckle taste. Lovely!

Fun and good
This is not a daily sipper for us. But we do pull it out sometimes and guests like it as they have never had something like this. Good after dinner.

Crisp, Unique, Nostalgic Refreshment in a cup
I’ve long been a fan of Juniper Ridge, the company behind this terrific tea. I tried this edition some years back and enjoyed it. Trying it again yesterday, I was hit with nostalgia not just from trying it years ago, but also from remembering camping and backpacking. It somehow TASTES like the woods, and I simply can’t do a better job of explaining how, if I wanted to. Hot, it’s calming and meditative - slightly floral but surprisingly crisp. Cold, it’s bright and refreshing. I prefer it iced, like all my teas. I recommend you purchase this tea to give it a go. If you don’t love it, I guarantee you’ll at least like it, and none of the teabags will go to waste. Do it!

All allergy symptoms gone❤️
This tea is incredible. I bought it for health and had no idea it would taste so smooth and delicious. Within 24 hours all my allergy symptoms disappeared! Well keep it on hand and I’m waiting for it to come back into stock😊 and yes I love the flavor of it! I see some don’t, I think it’s fantastic. I drink it every day and the fact that my sinuses completely clear up, and I don’t have to take an allergy medication oh yeah it’s on my wish list and I will be the one there watching every day to buy more! It’s delicious cold or warm😊

SO GOOD! But...not if you are allergic to pine
I LOVED this tea, I drank two cups as soon as I got it in the mail. It is smokey, smooth, warm, nostalgic, and somewhat magical. But then I realized, I am allergic to pine needles and thus, I got very very sick. BUT, if you know you have zero allergies to pine needles or pine in general, please do yourself a favor and get this tea. Sit by a fire, read a book, cast a spell. It works for all occasions.

Unique and Delicious
I LOVE this tea! It tastes light and slightly floral. Although I drink water 99% of the time, sometimes I want something a little sweet. I make a large cup of the tea with a little sugar. Then I enjoy half of it warm and then add ice to the rest. I originally bought 2 boxes, one for home and one for work. I will be ordering more. It'll be a great ice tea for summer. I considered it a little pricey, but we'll worth it because the flavor is deliciously unique!

Like drinking a forest
Soooo delicious. Expensive, but tastes so fresh and I've never seen a bagged tea like it before.
