I’ve made the brownies as instructed and was very unhappy with the hard crusting on the top and overly gooeyness of the inside. I’ve also found the saltiness with the sweetness a bit odd in a brownie. Would not buy it again.

I purchase many of Bob's Red Mill products and enjoy them all, a great company with great products. Just finished baking these and the house smells like chocolate brownies - can't wait to sink my teeth into a warm chewy brownie that;s gluten free. It was delicious however I should have looked closer at the ingredients as it states - serving size is 30g and sugar content per serving is 19g that's two thirds sugar.......Way too sweet for me. I'd buy this again if they reduce the sugar content or produce another version without sugar and I'll add the sweetener. Crunchy top and chewy just the way I like my chocolaty brownies - a great product if you like sweet GF brownies.

We always buy Bob’s Red Mill products when we can for their quality and flavor. Their line of Gluten Free products is great for those of us who can’t or shouldn’t eat wheat. The brownies are particularly enjoyable as they are easy and quick to prepare, making them ideal for a small galley with limited room and appliances. We often add nuts, dried cherries or cranberries, and/or extra chocolate chips and they always come out just right.

Very good gluten free brownies. There is misinformation in the description of the product. it is listed as a 4 count but I only received one package.

Taste and Feels like Molten Chocolate cake, than a brownie. I always heat each serving in a dish in the microwave on 50% power for 15 minutes and then serve with a spoon. Everyone that I have a dish of my brownies has loved it.
