Small, salty, and perfect
I prefer capers that are packed in salt because I think it preserves the flavor better, and it’s easier to wash the salt off than it is to get the brine out of capers in liquid. That said, the last pack I got of another product head capers that were just too big and I needed to chop them up before I use them which was frankly a little trying because they’re little and round and roll all over the place. I was looking for a caper that was naturally smaller and could be used whole so you get the pleasant popping when you eat them. I have only gotten one order of this, but so far they fit the bill. Uniformly small capers, easy to wash the salt off of, and easy to use whole. What is not to love?

If your recipe calls for salted capers do not replace with brined capers!
I tried it, I ran out of these and only had half enough, so I used the others, completely different flavor profile. These have a terrific flavor!

Quality capers
Excellent quality, tiny capers (slightly larger than a pinhead), light/moderate coating of medium-grained salt. Mild/moderate taste. They're not my favorite, I like a stronger taste, but if you don't, these may be what you're looking for.
