Sleep quality has improved
First update after buying a week ago: Sleep quality has improved, event though I am still waking up at 5 am. But sleep is very restful. Will update after a few months

I HAD A SEVERE REACTION AND ALMOST ENDED UP IN THE ER
The NOW brand is a trusted brand, and I always have good service from the Amazon sellers. I hesitated to write this review; but my friends tell me that I must - in case anyone else has a severe reaction to this product. I am too sick to put a package together to return it and get my money back - so I just threw the 99 capsules that I had left - in the trash. I took one pill; around 8 p.m. on 4/8/2024 and awakened at 4:30 a.m. almost unable to walk; with nausea. I had read that a few people have nausea - so that wasn't unexpectd. What WAS unexpected and very scary - was the extreme dizziness - barely able to sit up or walk to the bathroom. I was sick like this for about 8 hours - holding on to the walls and furniture - to get around my home. It started to lift a bit - but I was in bed the whole day. I have been detoxing with lots of liquids and bland food. It is now April 10th - and I am still feeling sick; but able to function. I am not sure what caused such a violent reaction to this product - but please be aware. It sounded like such a good thing! And it probably is - for many folks. But be aware - you might not be one of them.
