I bought this to hold my husband's insulin while we were traveling internationally. We had multiple flights, with one of them being 13-14 hours long. It worked as advertised and kept his insulin chilled as needed. Highly recommend as it eliminated one hassle of travel...we were not constantly looking for ice or a refrigerator.
