When cleaning with this solution, do i need to take out the earrings or just apply the solution around the ear area?

If you just got your ears pierced, leave ear rings in for three months or longer and apply solution around the front and back of the ear rings. The only way the holes will heal, is to use solution. Keep ear rings in as long as you can. My granddaughter kept her pierced ear rings in for a year. Hers took a lot longer to heal than most people.
