I was constantly losing earrings because the metal backs would slip off so easily. These clear silicone backs are a simple but perfect solution! They hold my earrings firmly in place, they’re easy to slide on the post, and they come at such a low cost for the peace of mind they bring. The only thing to be aware of is that they’re quite small, so you need to grip them tightly when putting them on. But for me, that’s a tiny trade-off for never losing earrings again. Highly recommend if you’ve ever had the same problem with metal backs falling off!

These are very sturdy and even though they slide on easily, they fit snuggly and I'm not worried about them falling off.

TOAOB Clear Silicone Earring Backs. These are great for adding to a hook-type ear wire to ensure the earring won't fall out. However I would not trust these silicone ear nuts to safely hold a post-type earring in place. The holes in these seem to stretch and loosen with use, so it's better to discard them and use a new tight one -- you can certainly do that at this price point. My only complaint about these is how extremely tiny they are, which makes them difficult to handle and get pushed onto the ear wire. It's really my bad because it should have looked at a ruler to see just how small 2.5 x 3.5 mm really is.

When we were wearing masks, I lost more earrings--expensive earrings! These safety earring backs are little miracles. Even when the earring unclips itself, the safety back keeps it in place. I'm very happy with these.

They fit certain ear wires or posts but the holes are very small so they don’t fit the majority of the earrings.

My earrings always fall out no matter what backs I put on them. These have been a life saver. They are a little hard to put on the earring but once you get it on that thing is not going anywhere

Be careful with these. They do prevent the earring from coming off. But one of them is currently cuck in the earring...and will not come off. I've tried everything. I even tried cutting the earring to remove it that way but the front part won't pass through my toddlers ear. This is a nightmare. I may end up taking her to urgent care. The earrings in question are cute little flower hoop earrings I got off Amazon as well. The flower in the front I cut off and the remaining portion is still too thick to pass there smh.
