For a diabetic; there is not a lot of sugar. It keeps you from making tea. Buying sugar and lemons. That’s why I keep purchasing it.

Tea Time
Hands down my husband 's favorite of all the varieties I have given him to try. Just the right amount of sweet and a tiny bit lemony. Price on Amazon fluctuates- but, I think seasonly that happens. He enjoys it so- Amazon, is the good to for subscription deliveries. On the rare occasions the product is hugely expensive ,or outta stock, we always ultimately come back to this product. This has caffeine but, doesn't really matter to my husband. Screw top plastic bottles is how it arrives and I have a hard time opening them but, he doesn't seem to. So , for us this is the Tea of choice and convenience.
