Simple, sturdy griddle that cooks evenly
I bought this IMUSA 14 in aluminum budare/griddle to make flatbreads, pancakes, and other griddle-style foods, and it’s been exactly what I hoped for. The surface heats evenly, so nothing ends up with hot spots or burnt edges, and it holds heat well once it’s up to temperature. The aluminum construction feels solid and durable, and it’s lightweight enough to handle easily. I’ve used it on both my stovetop and an outdoor burner, and it works great in both situations. Cleaning is also easy — a quick wipe or rinse and it’s ready for the next round. Overall, it’s a reliable, no-frills griddle that does its job well. If you want a simple pan for flatbreads, tortillas, pancakes, or similar foods, this one is a good choice.

The budare works amazing. Very nice size, you can make 3 to 4 nice sized arepa’s at the same time. It will take a little time to season but the just means my family and I have to have some more arepa’s.

Tenía años tratando de encontrar un buen budare a un buen precio , es Justo lo que necesitaba , lo lave, y cure con aceite , y listo , arepas 🫓 deliciosas , no se pega , no quema , es de buen grosor y fácil de lavar . Lo único q lamento es no haberlo comprado antes. Esta genial !!

Belle epaisseur, commenterai plus tard sur la repartition de la chaleur. A un dommage, un creux dans le rebord... une meilleure finition serait souhaitable.
