Very happy with the product. I actually installed this by myself. Didn’t have anyone to assist me at the time. Comes with mounting brackets for the wall or ceiling. I did the ceiling configuration. Customer support was excellent for helping me adjust the lowered position.

Shipping was fast and the great quality screen. Easy to install and came with all the necessary parts.

Mounting is easy, but I used three person instead of two and we all do not have installation experience.Smooth operation of motor.Small cosmetic issue on item when delivered.

The screen was shoved inside of the housing so far in delivery that we had to partially disassemble the product just to get the screen to drop. The left side of the tension knob is broken but it's honestly way to much work to ship this massive thing then it's worth and its flat enough already that I doesn't need adjustment.

I emailed support to get the instructions for adjusting the drop height as I need less than the maximum drop for my room, they replied that they have REMOVED the drop height adjustment feature, save your money and buy a different screen without the trigger features unless you want maximum drop only on auto down.

Screen was as promised. Tougher than expected in install, but it looks great now!
