I am five foot six, 17 years old and my waste with is 31inch will the large fit me or should I get medium?

The medium is for age 10-14 which is a big gap. What are the dimensions of the small and medium cup? Does this cause chafing?

I'm sorry, I bought the adult size ( large) so I don't have any measurements regarding this particular size medium, however my large cup does not cause chafing. Hope this helps!

How does the sizing work with this product?

Purchased a Medium. 5' 6" tall weighing 145 pounds & works a lot better than the UnderArmour, which was way too large, shifted constantly, & ripped through two jock straps.

Its surprisingly comfertable for a cup. Has some ventalation, buit to withstand some serious blows, washable and fits as expected. I would say that I'm average and theres lots of room in there.
