Ended up giving it to a friend because my microwave is too small for it. She loves it. She had neck surgery and this helps to ease some of the pain. Very sturdy, and a design is perfect as it goes down the back of your shoulders and neck

This product has a nice weight to it and it doesn't stink. I just heat it up in the microwave according to the instructions and then I can walk around the house soaking in the heat which relieves the tension/pain in my neck. I do wish it stayed hot longer but that may happen as the product ages (that happened to my last neck warmer). Very soft and large just as in the picture so it goes from my neck over the shoulder and down the upper part of my back. Definitely would buy again!

Love this neck wrap. Aromatherapy and heat is excellent. Covers neck and shoulders well. Does a good job at retaining heat. Glad I purchased it. Gives me some relief for a herniated disc in my neck from trauma 35 years ago that's caught up to me.

I microwave per the instructions and it only stays warm a few minutes. I have tried microwaving longer but don't want to damage it. The few minutes I get from it are nice.

The Heated Neck Wrap fits well around my neck and gives a comforting weight. It stays warm much longer than I expected. I sometimes wrap it around my hip and part of my back.
