Cheap and cheerful sound deadening

These are foot square foam tiles. They are delivered compressed so do need to be unwrapped and left to expand. Used adhesive spray and easy enough to align. The only problem was any stretching to fill in the odd gap shrunk back, so bit more care required! Used an an awkward shaped room used for home recording and so put on two sides and used curtains and a screen with a duvet for the other side and it is now noticeably dead on entering the carpeted rooms.
