Will absolutely be getting these again. I noticed within a few weeks improvement in my nails. I’ve had some brittle nails for a few years now. Never thought much of it. Since getting these I’ve noticed my nails to be much stronger and breaking less and clipping more smoothly. And maybe placebo but also think my hair has been looking a bit healthier. So on the inside I’m hoping and guessing good things are going on that I can’t even see. Also the taste of th vitamin, not that I’m chewing it, but when on my tongue there is like flavor receptors firing. And not like old school flinstone vitamin chemical flavor but like just a wild cacauphony of signals going off because it’s real foods. It’s very interesting. I take one every single morning after coffee. I hope to never run out of these. Also people with shipping issues need to stop blaming the product here on Amazon. I’ve never seen anything packaged poorly that it arrives damaged. Damage occurs in transit especially when not delivered by Amazon.
