Can I swap buckles with this belt?

Yes there are two screws to switch out the buckles. Once you do this you will want to glue the screws together or check them once in a while for tightness as you will undo our factory torque on them.

My husband wears a size 32 pant but I measured to the center of his current belt (which is the used hole) and it's 32 so should I buy 32 or 34?

Pants size is not always accurate as different jean brands and even style codes can run different. If you measured his belt from the fold of the leather where the buckle attaches... to the hole he uses at 32" then order a 32" belt size. We would measure the 32" form the fold to the center hole.

i need a belt 2inch wide for a western holster do you make that?

Sorry the widest belt we offer is 1-3/4" which is oversized and normally requires a two inch pant loop to fit. A 2" belt normally doesn't fit in pant loops unless its super thin. More of a gun rig belt style.

Does this belt ship in a nice box with info about the company for a gift to a "made in USA" fan?

Normally the prime orders ship in a nice bullhide logo box but can't say for sure. We do include a nice postcard in with the belt with our information.
