8cr 13 mov, while it’s not the very top of the line, I find it adequate for a working knife. I have several knives with this steel and it’s a great performer for me. I have two of these knives, crkt lck, and they are used daily for farm and ranch chores. A good value.

Reversible pocket clip?

The clip is not reversible. But it is a GREAT pocket knife. I bought it for me and 3 more as Christmas presents. No one is unhappy.
