Very deep, and it looks nice. It cleans up well and doesn't seem to spot easily. Haven't noticed a lot of noise even though the distance between the faucet and the bottom of the sink is greater than I'm used to. The sinks that the granite companies had in stock were not as nice as this one, especially the depth, and they cost the same or more. I could have bought another sink on Amazon for a lot more also, but I'm glad I didn't. This sink is perfect for our remodeled kitchen. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ two years later - I love it so much I'm buying a second one *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2012* I renovated the kitchen in my condo about two years ago. Originally, I bought a much less expensive undermount acrylic sink in white, but when my contractor went to install it he told me that it wasn't a very good sink and it was bound to crack and chip after a few years. I really didn't want to buy a stainless sink because I can't stand the sound of the water pinging in the bottom, so I was concerned that I would hate this one. Nevertheless, I decided it would at least hold up over time. I was looking for a sink with a really deep and large basin, and this one seemed like it would work fine. So I bought it. Right after installation, I knew this was a great decision. The sound of the water isn't as loud as it is on some other stainless sinks, so it doesn't bother me like it does on others. And after two years, it still looks great!Now I'm moving into a new condo and renovating that kitchen.
