What do you mean by this question? Vegetable oil is not soy. They are individual items. I will say that this product goes on excellent and stays a very long time. If you want a quality product, you found it! this has been the only brand I have used for almost 4 years-since I discovered it! Jacqui

You need to call directly to Amazon. They have a number that when you call, you leave your number and they call you right back. Usually you can’t return the merchandise, specially for a lipstick, but you will get your money back. Good luck.
