I ordered this and the paper came with horizontal lines. i need vertical lines on vertical paper and amazon said i need to contact you. what do i do?

Hi from your Seller! I'm sorry you thought this paper had vertical lines! We and Amazon definitely want you to have a great experience when purchasing products. However, the listing accurately depicts horizontal lines. My suggestion is to contact Customer Service and tell them you want to return this item. They will issue you a credit and the method of returning the paper. Then you can search for the vertical lined paper that you need. Glad we were able to help!
