Is it actually Paul Mitchell or a fake? There are so many pics of bottles without his name on it.. feel like those aren’t the real deal..like this pic

I think it is. In the past Amazon was hopeless when it came to getting the real thing, but I think htey have imporved on this product.  I have bought it a couple of times and found the quality to be good.  I have purchased it in salon settings and so I believe I know what the product is suppose to be like.  As for the name on the bottle, it is on the back, but not prominent on the front.  If you go to the Paul mitchell website, the images of the products do not show the name on the front either. Also they may cost less then what amazon is selling at.  Amazon certainly isn't cheaper at this moment.

Question 3

Does this have a special way to make the pump work? Normally you unscrew and the pump pops up, allowing you to pump. are mine broken?

I had the same problem. The shampoo popped up okay but the conditioner required a lot of playing. It didn't work until I pulled the pump from the bottle and twisted and pulled for a few minutes. Not even sure what I did to trigger the pump.

Does it help with lice

Lice don't like the tea tree smell so if it actually smells like it should then yes.
