Northern Lights Silver Hologram Top Coat, Fast Drying, 1/2 Ounce (1-Unit)

I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews for this polish so I thought I’d leave my own review. I do my (natural) nails at home and have been looking for a subtle holographic nail polish to add to my collection. I think this one fits the bill perfectly. I’ve added pictures of one coat on a fresh mani, overall and upclose, as well as a video to showcase the glitter and how it looks in direct light. It’s beautiful in both direct and indirect light(ing). If you are looking for an application and appearance similar to other holographic nail polishes such as Rainbow Snow/the cult classics from Holo Taco, this is not the polish for you. This is subtle with small flecks of holographic sparkles. I have also seen several reviews that mention that there’s not a lot of glitter in the polish. When I first received the bottle, it looked as if there were none. Upon on inspection, it had settled on the backside of the bottle and at the bottom. I rolled the bottle between my hands for a few moments and it dispersed the glitter nicely. I found that there was plenty of glitter in the bottle and it provided a nice, even application when applied to the nail. I would recommend rolling your bottle each time you use it to disperse the glitter evenly. Do not shake as this creates air bubbles in any polish! You can also layer for a more dramatic effect but again, if you are looking for a chunky or very noticeable holographic effect, I would go for something else. Overall, I love this and would recommend. I wanted something holographic and subtle and that’s exactly what this is.

Excelente top coat, seca en segundos. Si no agitas la botella, es totalmente transparente, pero si se agita, surgen muchísimos brillitos miniatura, le da un toque muy lindo a las uñas. Super recomendado.
