I know this may be a "person" product, but my dog has horrible wax in her ears that does not come out easily. I can't stick a cotton swab in her ears, so I bought this... and it works wonders! I start by cleaning her ears with this to get the big amount of wax out. Then I put the drops to soften the wax and use the tool again. Clean ears every time!!

The pediatric ER doc let me know that this is a great tool to use instead of q tips and I have gotten so much wax out since using it and it feels good knowing I'm doing it safely and not pushing the wax further into the ear. I like that it's metal and durable too. Also easy to clean and good value for your money!

This is NOT an ear cleaning tool. It actually looks like a blackhead remover. It’s WAY too large to do the ears. (See attached photo next to iPad pencil) I’m returning. And to make it worse..they want me to drive over to a local FedEx to return??! Egads. Just don’t.

The left side has less metal (more narrow) than the right. It's not uninformed and the tip is cracked in the center, but the company's box was ok. That tells me the production quality control is not good for that manufacturing company. But the Seller is good.
