I also have read How To Talk to Anybody, Public Speaking - How to Speak Effectively Without Fear, and How To Read Anybody by this author as well and I really like how all of these books reference each other and integrate together to provide a very well rounded education in communication and human relations. Derek not only provides techniques for understanding communication and body language, but he also discusses the science behind the how and why people communicate the way they do. The information contained in this book is helpful not only in a business environment, but also in personal/home environments as well and can help with all aspects of life . The accompanying bonus audio is also extremely helpful as well. I listen to it just before bedtime and it helps to get me relaxed. I’d highly recommend this book!
